I don’t believe in diets. I have been a strong advocate for ‘breaking free’ from diets in the tradition of Geneen Roth and others for a very long time. How to: Test HCG with a Pregnancy Test

How Long Should You Do A Round of hCG For?

This question has a more in-depth answer that I haven’t written yet, but for now, a good rule of thumb is:
For women

Less than 10lbs to lose:  23 day round

For menMore than 20lbs to lose:  43 day round
Less than 20lbs to lose: 23 day round
