How to: Test HCG with a Pregnancy Test

How Long Should You Do A Round of hCG For?

This question has a more in-depth answer that I haven’t written yet, but for now, a good rule of thumb is:
For women
More than 10 lbs to lose:  43 day round (or 40 day round, 6 weeks, whatever- there are varying lengths of time but all center right around 6 weeks)
Less than 10lbs to lose:  23 day round
For menMore than 20lbs to lose:  43 day round
Less than 20lbs to lose: 23 day round
These are not rules or guarantees that you will lose a certain amount of weight in a certain amount of time.  I can’t judge that in advance, and neither can you.  This is just a basic guideline for how the majority do.
